Now an employee can report a theft or other security issues from the convenience of their desk. Just complete the Employee Incident Reporting Form. All that is needed is the incident date and time, where it happened, who was involved, and who is submitting the report. This information is automatically directed to the LifeScan Security Manager for review & follow up.
